This important annual program shines a spotlight on extraordinary individuals and organizations that are committed to advancing women in leadership roles.

“I am honored to be in the company of so many innovative and inspiring women,” says Winge. “It’s amazing to see the great work happening all around us, in so many areas, including the impacts nonprofits are having in their communities.”

MOWMP is the largest provider of nutrition and supportive services to seniors, homebound, and disabled communities in Monterey County. Along with 10+ years of nonprofit and community leadership experience, Winge has extensive expertise in fundraising, community relations, nonprofit, and human resource management.
