PACIFIC GROVE, Calif. (KION-TV) The Tap Bananas were back in PG performing at the Meals on Wheels Community Center in Pacific Grove Thursday afternoon.
The Tap Bananas are a group of dancers, ages ranging from 52 to 92. The group has been performing for over 30 years, dancing in senior centers and social clubs all over the Monterey area.
Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula (MOWMP) nourishes the bodies, minds, and spirits of seniors, disabled adults, veterans, and underserved individuals through nutritious meals, wellness checks, community programs, and essential home repairs. By promoting independence and reducing isolation, MOWMP strengthens the health and well-being of our community.
