Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula (MOWMP) nourishes the bodies, minds, and spirits of seniors, disabled adults, veterans, and underserved individuals through nutritious meals, wellness checks, community programs, and essential home repairs. By promoting independence and reducing isolation, MOWMP strengthens the health and well-being of our community.
