3. What areas do you serve?

4. How often are meals delivered?
Meals are delivered Monday through Friday, with an extra meal on Friday for the weekend. Delivery is usually between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
5. What comes with each delivery?
Each delivery includes a freshly prepared hot entrée, side dishes, soup or salad, breakfast and lunch items, fruit, dessert, and beverages—meeting rigorous national nutrition standards.
6. Is there a cost for the meals?
We request a voluntary contribution to help cover costs, but there is no obligation to pay, and no eligible client will be denied service for inability to contribute.
7. Do you offer vegetarian or special diet meals?
We are working on introducing vegetarian and diabetic-friendly menus—stay tuned for updates!
8. Can I receive meals temporarily?
Yes! We serve clients recovering from surgery or illness who need short-term meal support, as well as those with ongoing needs.
9. How can I volunteer?
We have many opportunities, including meal delivery drivers, kitchen help, community center assistants, and more. Visit our Volunteer page or call 831-375-4454 to get started.
10. How can I support Meals on Wheels if I can’t volunteer?
Donations make a huge impact! You can give online, by mail, or through planned giving. Every dollar helps us nourish more lives.
